A German Pope, German Beer and Good Times in Germany during the German Pontificate

Be a pilgrim in Catholic Germany.

His Holiness the Pope was born in this humble home in 1927 (in a charming little village on a river, Marktl am Inn).

Everybody comes from a family.  John XXIII was the third of a poor farmer's thirteen children.  Wherever a pope comes from, God guides him to the throne of Peter and we offer the pledge of our fealty.

Get a rental car and begin in Cologne and also see Bonn, Aachen and Trier.  Then visit Munich and Freising, Altoting, Marktl Am Inn and end in Salzburg.

Enjoy (and thanks Raph for the pic)!
