From the Roman Martyrology: January 15th

"In Anjou, blessed Maur, Abbot, a disciple of St. Benedict, in whose discipline he was educated from infancy.  In this he made such progress that, while under the saint's care, among other things he walked on the waters (a prodigy almost unheard of since Peter).  He was then sent by Benedict into France, and built there a famous monastery, which he ruled for forty years, and renowned for his miracles then rested in peace."
