Pius IX Throne

Donated by Masons, okay. It was a symbolic peace offering.

Today seen in the Lateran Palace. Throne of Pius IX, given to him by the Savoy family.

Once a tour guide there shared that after when in 2005 some of the thrones were returned to the Apostolic Palace at the request of the pope, this one was later returned back to the Lateran Palace.

Would be nice to see it still used today.
